I selected physical SIM during sign up process but I want to switch to eSIM to speed up the activation process so I can port my number before the end of my billing cycle from other cell phone provider. Is this possible?
Update for anyone else reading this afterwards: Connected to a CSR, and response is use a different email to sign up because system doesn’t allow changing it at this point.Or purchase a SIM card to activate immediately and when the mailed SIM arrives...
