The fine print says that all bonuses will be cancelled when current plan changes over to the new one. Does this mean that I will lose my previous data bonuses and international phone minutes. Does it mean I will lose my accumulated loyalty bonuses....
If I change to a Black Friday promotion plan, and I am on the old reward plan not points, will I still get my rewards for loyalty, referring a friend etc., transferred over to my account. Thanks.
Upgrading isn't an option. I guess my question is, what is the down side of having a 5G plan with a phone that isn't compatible. I'm not as fluent as most of you.
I have changed over to the black friday $34 plan and now I find out that my bonus data that I have accumulated over the years does not come with me. Not pleased.
