Can not make any calls or get to voicemail. Get 7B1 not on network.Have done all the resets, SIM card out, and turn off phone.I have data and can textJust recently changed plan Also can not make a ticket with error xxx

ThanksIt has been since October 18th. It worked up to Oct 17th when my plan switched over
