$107.10 taken from my account as a retail purchase.  What can I do about this.  I beginning to despise this service.  I will be putting a complaint to CRTC for this. 
why hasn’t my data increased to 20?  It has been at least two months since I switched plans.  It show on my account but not in data in settings on my phone.
I don't have access to my account because it wants.me to confirm my identity using my phone number.  Since I lost my phone, I can't confirm to access my account.  Is there any way to register new sim card if I can't access my account
