I purchased my plan on Sept. 9th or 10th and when I tried to log in, a pop-up is on my account page saying that my subscription was from August 11-Sept 10 and I needed to renew it. How is that possible?
I missed the 90 minute deadline to answer the SMS from my previous provider to transfer my number to Public Mobile. I was told I needed to file a ticket but when I try, an error screen pops up. @CS_Agent
