thanks for your help - I would like to handle all of this in private but I cannot log into my account because it is an endless loop of "log in" and "email and password don't match" - even they do....
exactly the same problem - spent hours and hours only to be bounced back to log in page ...... sooo frustrating! they took my payment and now it seems I cannot get into my account to cancel payment...
I have to travel over an hour to get to a telus store to get a card. I came here because it came highly recommended but I get next to no support or help....
