I just switched to public mobile yesterday and my phone hasn't been allowing me to send mms messages and whenever I try to submit a ticket I keep getting am error code. I've followed the instructions provided in the chatbox but still havent resolved ...
I received my number swap message late but still replied. I haven't heard anything and the messaged said the request would he reinitiated. How do I get a new request for my number?
