Trying to get into publicmobile for my aunt. For some reason cannot receive 6 digit code to her email
I have asked my friend to power off her phone. Then she checked sim card status and it says NOT AVAILALE. However public mobile tells her that she has been activated and they have even given her a refer a friend code. How can this be fixed.
Public Mobile confirmed that she was accepted. They even sent referral code. However her phone is still not working
