Hi, are you able to assist me? I am posting on behalf of my uncle, he is also on autopay and the payment has gone through as it normally does.When we long into the account, it says he is active.  But when he is on his phone, it says "Unregistered SIM...
How would I be able to my usage (specifically calls) in April.  My account can only show up to 90 days ago.
Email and password used are correct, he cannot log in. Also, we placed his SIM card in and his phone is asking for "ENTER NETWORK UNLOCK CODE." Can anyone help?
