I Don't see $39/30GB for 90 days plan when I signed in to my account to change subscription. Is there anyway I can solve this?

I'm with public mobile since 2016Public mobile used to allowed people to change they promotions plan for both existing customers and new activation. Sadly they changed their policy for new activation only.
