I can not send a text message to a 6 digit short code. I keep getting "Can't send with public mobile - error 0" I am using a Samsung S10Premium text message setting is onI have a monthly unlimited call and text plan.

The short code 959959. Which is on the list.It's a radio station and I'm not sure how everyone else is able to text to the number.
