Just got off the phone with my old carrier because I have been unable to receive any phone calls since switching to Public Mobile. Bell told me the “port request” was unsuccessful. How do I get Public Mobile to resend it to Bell??? I NEED to receive ...
Since I have switched to Public Mobile, I can not receive any calls, my phone doesn’t even ring. Also it goes straight to voicemail but that doesn’t register either. I can make calls but no one can call me. Please help.
