I agree it is telling but not sure what it is telling us! I did submit a ticket. No reply yet. Was hoping to trouble shoot it but nothing is working yet.

I reinserted my SIM card. No change. yes, I did a reset of my device’s network settings. Did not work. 

Call waiting is enabled on my phone. My phone does not support dual SIM cards.

I tried dialing *43# before posting my question. It did not work.

It was working for a few days until today. My previous provider Rogers billing cycle ended today so not sure if that affected it in some way. Yes, that’s correct, I only get the error if I’m on a call. Doesn’t seem like it’s a problem others have enc...
