No instructions with my phone

Bought a phone that was supposed to have a sim card and there are no instructions with the phone so i cant figure out how to open it and see if the sim card is in it or not.

Yes, there was nothing in the box as the card and it won't let me submit a ticket.

I realized that the problem was it was supposed to be sent with a sim card but it was not.
