I sent in a ticket shortly after 11/17. I posted a msg asking for a response on 11/23 and sent in a PM. I posted a thread about it on 11/24. And now my last 2 posts supposedly need moderation before they will be visible. I'm not even allow to express...

Is ALL CAPS what I need to do to get some service? I missed an very important phone call because of this! I've tried to be patient but I paid $120 for a service that hasn't worked correctly for a week. Pardon my language but..... WTF?!
