Cannot sign in to My Account. Tried to change password many times, still not able.

Upper right on page, under My Account  " logged in as ******* | Balance: $2.00 | Logout Account # ".    After this shows a drop down with the account number.  It looks like it was designed to show other account numbers if linked?  If so, how do you d...
