account suspended after putting add-ons.

Hi, Today I decided to put a canada wide talk addon to my plan but after I did that my account was suspended. Can someone please fix this?

Hi, My account was suspended while adding a new plan (canada wide talk). When I try to reactivate the account in "my account" nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? How can the feature to reactivate your account not work? Christian
