My account  was deactivated.  I have my sim cars and want to activate  it again how do I do this

Why, in June when my $50 Base plan increased data . I was never notified, and was charged $50 for 2 GB's less for 5 months!!

I didn't know about refer a friend until after I registered. Is there anyway you can refer a friend after registering??
