Should the website explicitly say on the plans page for existing customers to check their accounts for specific targeted plans for them ?
I wonder because for those of us that are familiar with with PM new marketing we know to check but many don’t and ask why they cannot change to specific plans on website and right now when you look at the website 4 out of the 6 plans offered are only for new activations and this is a first for me to see more new activations plans then plans that are for all to switch too . Would it be that hard for PM to do ?

@will13am I’m not suggesting anyone “out “ their specifics of marketing scheme . Just make it less convoluted and confusing for new and existing customers , I mean at the same time there’s 90 day option in our accounts that doesn’t show up for new activations . One would have to activate and and check their account for that 90 day option plan . So they can make it sound exciting to already be existing customer to get special offers that are not even available to new activations. So then the new activation plan as attractive as it is being existing customer comes with even more perks asides from the amazing points rewards we all get to enjoy 😊

@hTideGnow Well I also think if they decided to it would slow down the amount of tickets submitted asking why and alleviate the PM staff and community from having to explain the same thing over and over as much and make for a more well oiled machine /website so to speak . It’s better to be clear from the start and take out the guess work for those that don’t know .

This is not going to happen. Nobody will out their specifics of their marketing scheme. The competition will be all over it.

hi @Handy1
I guess not hard, but PM just like to leave a "surprise" factor for everyone when they check the Change Subscription page.
It is what it is, nothing much we can do. Or as a regular, you should stsrsrnding agent your suggestion (or frustration) 🙂
