When I googled “What are the hours for Public Mobile support?” this is what I found:

Contacting a Customer Support Agent

You can submit a ticket at any time, and one of our CSAs will respond during operational hours (Monday to Sunday: 9 AM to 10 PM EST).  I’m in Vancouver so I was expecting a response from an agent hopefully 🤞🏻 soon.

Thanks for the information. That must have changed some time in the last few years, as the entire team of CSA was stationed in one place before.

That's not where Public Mobile CSAs are, or are you saying that you're doing some travelling at the moment?
