Carriers may misbill long distance charges

in those hours while the transfer is happening

Telus was very understanding and credited me .

Other Carriers may not be as helpful

Thanks for your interest

@RCO   the 2 calls are certainly expensive!!!

Glad it got sorted out  🙂

The day I transferred from Telus to Pubmo I made 2 calls that would and should have been included

in my Telus unlimited Canada

Frankly , I don't know why

I think in the hours during the transfer Telus took away the unlimited

part of the Plan .

I made 2 calls that would have normally been included in Canada Wide

I was quite surprised to get a $15.37 billing from Telus

a month after.

Telus were very good about it

I expect to see the refund credit in the next few days

I did think it was a bit odd/weird glitch of sorts

I hope this explains and will say I am Happy confident

its resolved.

I just put it out there for some of the more adept people here at PubMo

I don't think it was my error

I think it is/was a Glitch

I have mostly found Telus easier to deal with

but I can see that if I was with one of the other carriers

it could be a bigger annoyance

Cheer

additionally I had another unlocked phone that I put the Pubmo Sim in

and kept checking for when it was active.

I made a couple of on the Telus Sim

Like a said Glitch because I was still paying for unlimited Canada Long Distance

even for the 2 calls
