I see that a competitor has an International Roaming plan. Is that something that Public Mobile is considering?

Sure - if one wants limited nationwide coverage in Canada, go Freedom.
I was referring to the Lucky/Chat'r/Public Mobile flanker brands of the Big 3.
And moreso on Public Mobile, which was your original question.

I'll believe it when I see it, @MeasurementDude
I'm guessing that's only an option for the 1st, and perhaps 2nd tiers.
The 'budget' carriers will unlikely take this route - for goodness sakes they can barely get US Roaming consistently reliable.

other than 15day US Roaming add-on...PM has no option for roaming.
added...I forgot about the currently available US / Canada regular plan also.

@MeasurementDude I doubt it, problem is the roaming limitation. PM only has roaming agreement with T-Mobile and AT&T in US and no where else. Roaming agreement is not something they can have quickly
