If a DATA ONLY plan was offered , it might interest some users. For an example - LTE CAN/US 10 GB for $20

This could be used in older LTE phones that are not VoLTE enabled. Or tablets.

You could simply use Text+ or TextNow or similar app for Voice, Text and Video communication.
