Can't recieve Walmart Family mobile emails or codes

I lost my Walmart Family mobile SIM while traveling, and after buying a new sim kit to activate my previous number, Customer Service of Walmart Family Mobile cannot verify my identity because the codes do not come on my registered email. 

they have tried using the phone PIN but the system does not validate the frequent calls made while the phone was active. 7 days of frustration with the CS and no solution. 

Does anyone know if I am missing some settings to get the codes on email?

did you lose a Public Mobile sim ...who did you have cell service with before you lost that sim ?

added...now might be a great time for you to change to a decent cell provider !! Consider getting a Public Mobile account...the sim is free right now and plans start at $15.

this is Public Mobile here not walmart !! Did you mean you lost your Public Mobile sim ??
