I think PM should offer options for those 3G plans customers to upgrade to LTE plan during their services period. If those customers are not satisfied with the 3G speed, they can pay the price difference to upgrade to LTE plan. Of course, PM also can offer couple days free trial for LTE customers to try 3G speed. Give the customer a chance to see the difference between 3G and LTE, then choose what they want. It will improve the customer satisfaction. I believe most customers don't know the real experience between 3G and LTE speed. Thank you.
