My account expired. Old card does not work trying to register new working card. System says cannot process at this time please try again later. Not good because need this phone for work. uhg. Please help.
Unfortunately, you just have to keep trying. Customer service agent cannot and will not help with updating credit card information for security purposes.
if you're in a hurry to pay...get to Shell gas or Walmart and purchase payment vouchers..then dial 611 to add 'em to your account. Deal with credit card issue at leisure.
