Have recently swithched from another mobile provider and cannot access my email. Message on phone always says "Call failed". How do I fix this?

@reenie007 what is the make and model of your phone? What happens when you press 1 and hold it? Can you access your voicemail if you dial the number from your own phone, or another phone (use the * button to interrupt your voicemail. Enter your 4 digit pin  followed by the # Key to access it )
