no need to be embarrassed...that's a common mistake people make. Forgetting to disable their account before leaving for extended vaca.

Just make certain to re-activate your account approx 85 days after most recent plan expires. If Suspended for 90 days...that account is closed to for good. You'd need a new sim to start a new account all over again.

@vr09823n   did you disabled the Pre-authorized payment before you leave Canada?

 

You should have done that before you leave

 

Please login to My Account, Payment, click Manage Payment Method and disable it

HI @vr09823n  sorry you likely cannot ask for refund if you did not remove Pre-authorized payment

 

You need to login My Account, go to Payment page, managed payment and then disable Pre-authorizied payment.  Please do so now, so PM won't charge again next month

there is no refund due as if you forgot to disable autopay.
