unable to download e sim

I have been unable to download my e sim.  I cannot log in to my account because I have no service so cannot get the verification code that Public is sending to my cell number.

you can submit ticket with agent and ask them to re-send you the QR code

if you have a new activation, you should have the eSIM QR code on the Welcome email
