I found that when I disconnected from wifi and used mobile data it worked (got error message other wise)

@Efaz try a different browser or open a tab in incognito/private mode then try again. Or try mobile vs desktop...or vice versa.

@Efaz So are you not able to sign in ? If you can go to payment tab and manage subscription and update payment method .. if your having trouble you can get support to help up date it for you also
