@paulet , if your issue was you are locked out of your Self Serve account because you forgot your password, that other posters have answered your question.

 

If the question you are asking is referring to your PIN to access your information through your Public Mobile number through 611, then you will need to go to the Moderators on that one if you cannot find what your PIN is or change it.

 

To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

1 -  Faster Method - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen, or use this link to: Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot

You'll need your email address to reset your password.

1. Email Verification

2. Security Question

3. Email Confirmation - Public Mobile will send you an email with instructions on how you can change your login and password. Make sure to check your spam folder. Please note it may take up to 60 minutes to receive the reset password email.

 

Click the link given in the email and change your password.  Easy peasy. 😊

it will send a password reset to your email
