hi, today i have ported my number to public mobile. my old service provider was Freedom Mobile.
my number was ported successfully but i observed my text messages are not working. I am not able to send or recieve text messages
please look into it on priority.

There are issues with SMS for new activations so click the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to fix the texting issue.

Known issue with texting issues for new customers who ported their number.
You will need to contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket.

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem. And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
