suspended service due to expired credit card reactivation issue

Help! My credit card expired end of December and my service was suspended before I had the opportunity to update the new expiry date. When I login to my account and try to update the credit card information the "Register or Manage my Credit or Visa debit card' on the bottom left corner of the screen is not there.  There does not appear to be any way to to add a credit card or other payment method to the account.

Is there a quick way to resolve this?  The credit card expiry date and CVV code need to be updated on my account.

I tried a different browser with the same results.

I checked with the credit card company and there are no issues with them.

@darlicious and what is so wrong with that post?  I find the picture a lot clearer than a page of text

Try again but use the browser in the incognito or private mode. But clear your history and cache and cookies first.

Go to the payment page. In the middle of the page below the credit card number box you will see "manage my card" or go to "edit my profile" on the overview page and at the top right of the profile you will see "If you updated your address be sure to update your credit card info here". Click on here and you will be brought to this page....

you can Remove your credit card and Logout and

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and log in and re-entered your credit details,

 

just make sure your credit card number and your address match the same,

sometime your typing but is a one word or letter or number is a wrong or missing just make sure for it.

 

How To Update or Remove Your Payment

Follow these steps:

1. sign in to Self-Serve.  Once signed in,

2. click on the ‘Payment’ tab,

then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’.

you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, or ‘Remove this card’.

You will need to review and confirm this change to your account,
