Just signed up for a new plan. Choose the esim and number port from Koodo. Now my account just says subscription not activated and to contact customer service. The credit card charge was posted successfully. Need help please

Yes I did choose the esim option, although I'm using a physical SIM with Koodo but would like to switch to esim on my pixel 5. I don't see any public mobile esim in my esim settings. I sent a direct message since the ticketing portal isn't loading for me .

did you try to activate esim? if you do, check the sim manager, is the PM esim there?
or you can ask support agent to check the account activation
