i cant get the issue a ticket page to submit the ticket , trying to return a ( new to me phone ) & when i hit the yes box on the shipping address confirmation button near the bottom of page , then the box a little higher empties itself of my previous answer

I just private message CS_Agent using the envelope icon on the top right of the page. They'll answer you with instructions on how to verify it's you, through your email and then you'll be able to message directly with them.
I wish they would send a notification via text to our phones. Because I don't sit around on this website waiting for the little envelope to light up with a response. I guess that's too technologically advanced for public mobile [shakes head].

@THMech the Chatbot has problem with CPO phone related ticket.
Please open ticket via direct message instead
