@computergeek541 , would you please be the phone number eraser?
Is your Do not disturb option accidentally turned on ?
OR, do you have the setting set where you only received calls from people on your contact list?
OR, did you recently port over a number into Public Mobile from another provider?
Cell ports can take 2-3 hours to complete. In this case you will need to accept an SMS text from your old provider's SIM card.
Landlines/voip number can take 3+ days to complete.
See helpful info. here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/port-fraud-protection
If issues porting or transferring a number to Public Mobile, and it has been over the allotted time it usually takes to complete, submit a ticket here for help:
OR, see you inbox,
I will also private message you the porting phone number, but please feel free to ignore it if this is not a porting issue.

Could you click on the little arrow thingy on the right side of your post to edit out your phone number please? You don't want the ensuing spam and what not that you will recieve by posting your number on a public forum.
As mentioned run thru the troubleshooting tips in this order from easiest to more complex and test after each one to see which one is the fix?
Report back your findings we can explain what the likely issue is causing your calls to default to voicemail.

It sounds like the problem is your phone cellular network setting not set on 3G/WCDMA.
Just manually set the cellular network setting.

Hi @Maureen5108
reset SIM, take out SIM, re-inserting SIM and power on,
try toggling airplane mode off/on,
try manually selecting network "3G only" or WCDMA only,
and Rebooting device..
