I have 2 Public Mobile accounts ( 2 different emails obviously and had 2 different passwords for my community accounts) When signing in to either account the same nickname appears. Anybody know why this happened? Why would the same nickname show on 2 different accounts? Is it the Eversafe that has messed things up?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Hey @Kim121 

This forum is known to have cache issues. It's best to use two different browsers to access both accounts. Go into your browser settings and clear your cache and restart your browser and try again.
