so i got a text says i need a new phone (old lg g5)

samsung a53 5g model cwb4 and above

but i only see models that start with

SM-A536W will it work

Do you send those pics through texting? The text you got from the company is actually about the APN settings on the phone. Use these settings without touching the other settings. Save it, select it as the active APN, go in and out of airplane mode to use it. And do you use the phone for browsing web pages when not on wifi?

Truth be told, I'm on 3G $15 plan myself and send texts and pictures as well. Unless you're doing hard core surfting and download and stuff like that, why pay extra for 5G speeds if you're happy with 3G? It's all about saving money here at Public Mobile.

Do you text any pictures? Do you use the phone for internet access not on wifi? If not then disregard the text.

That model is the Samsung A53 5G, so yes it will work on a 5G Plan
