I got it. Really sorry about.
I'm still requesting refund because my number 514 661 5044 cannot be PORT to Public Mobile.
Please, move it forward to proceed with a refund.
I have no number using Public Mobile and I don't want it for now.

OK...so you're good now ? No need for a refund any longer ? Tough to read your responses without proper punctuation and your wording is a bit confusing.

this number cannot receive SMS and I just figured it out now.

After a couple attempts, you should be given option to have code sent to your email address.

BTW...why are you requesting a refund ? Does your PM service work as expected or is something not working ??

to change your cell number, you need to log in to your PM account / Profile / Cell number can be changed there.
