@Maddass17 is your account in ACTIVE status? If not, make a manual top and and reactivate it.
Has this card been used at any point before? SIMs cannot be reused once deactivated/closed.
Try removing the SIM card and reinserting it, then perform a reset of the device's network settings.
Edit to add, do you have another phone to test the new sim card into? Just to rule out a device issue.

you were using it on a desktop?
Try to use a desktop, and use Incognito mode, go back to the Profile page and check if the sim card number is changed already
if it is the new one already, reboot the phone once more time and test
if still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

ok...so what is the problem ? Is this a new2 account or an old account. Much more info so's we can assist.

this is an open forum, please do not post your sim card number for your own protection.
if you need to update your sim card for your account, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
(If you are unable to login as you don't have a phone to receive the 2FA code: On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
