I purchased a second round of US addons (30$) while I am in the US the online app took my money but will not load the addons. It still says 0/15 days left. How do can I get this fixed?

You need to wait for the 0/15 to disappear, which I believe takes up to 24 hours after it expired, before you can re-purchase the same add-on. Or contact @CS_Agent to ask that they manually do it for you.
This doesn't happen if you select a different add-on, but it's been a long standing defect when trying to purchase the same add-on consecutively.
If it's any comfort, I've had them do it for me several times before, and their response time was usually within a couple hours.
