I purchased a $30.00 addon and still have no data

@Acekiller yeah don't hold your breath.  I tried till I was blue in the face to convince a few PM employees that this was necessary in an oracle phone meeting we had about a year ago.  They just did not see the issue.  To me, the current system is asininie but what can you do but keep telling people over and over again "did you complete the second step? it's a two-step process".

Does the add-on show up under add-on section of your account? Does added fund show up as credit?

 

Add-on purchase is two steps. 

Step One - select the add-on and add funds in the account (the funds will show up as credit)  

Step Two - repeat the process and select the add-on. Your newly added funds will be used for the purchase.

 

It is kind of confusing - not sure when they will fix this.
