You can create another support ticket for help using https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Put your Bell previous SIM card in your phone to receive Bell confirmation text message. Make sure to replay yes when you get the previous provider text.
Then, wait for Bell your previous provider to release your number to PM.
Edit: Sorry I thought you are OP porting a Bell number to PM.

If Bell had released your phone number to PM, test whether you can receive incoming calls or incoming text messages. Call from another phone and test it.

@wolfman : Hey Jack 🙂 ...put your Bell SIM back in and see if it comes through. But if it's been more than 90 minutes then you'll likely need to re-do the port. And keep your Bell SIM in until it stops working.
