I Just moved two lines to Public Mobile, and had problems to complete my full subscription because I never received the Code authentication texted to me by Public Mobile for Authentication

there is no option to speak to someone to confirm porting

yes old sim is still active but only for outgoing calls

Is your old sim card still active? Did you reply to the text to confirm if it was completed successfully? I will send you another message with the number to call to verify status.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
