porting a number

I ported a number from koodo home phone (cellular system) to Public mobile on Sunday (yesterday)

nothing happened so far,  my public mobile phone went silence ,no data no dial tone to dial.

my public mobile my account shows ported number correctly. any help?

How can I contact a moderator  please help

Did you get your issue resolved?  I'm having the same problem.  I ported my number on Saturday August 5th and I still can't use my phone number.  Not sure what to do at this point.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Do you see Public Mobile at the top of your phone? If so, it may just require you to go to settings and choose Public Mobile under Network Settings and then reboot. If it says SOS mode up top, the yes, for sure follow @CharlieWhisky advice.
