port my number

I have activated a sim card and am trying to port my number over from Koodo.  I am not able to start a ticket with a Moderator to have this done (on either of my computers). 'Chat with Simon' is also unavailable.

There are 88 Moderators on here when I signed on... can someone please help with porting my number over?

SIMon is not easy to work with.  If you enter "port request" magic phrase, SIMon will help you to create a your support ticket.

If you open the chat bot bottom right question mark. Type "Port Request" then follow the steps.

You will need the assistance of a moderator.

To complete your port-in request, please open our chatbot via this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Moderator.
