Hi 

2 days ago I bought a sim card from Public mobile. My plan has 100 minutes outgoing call. unlimited incoming call and text message but now I cannot call anybody. Can you help me?

There have been a lot of posts about this service issue. You should contact a moderator to report it.

You're not the only one! There are multiple reports of the $15 plan not working for many people (there are already a dozen or so threads on this forum about it).

 

Best thing to do is to message the moderators and wait for a reply. According to posts on this forum, it may take at least 48 hours to get a response. Although, I personally have the same issue as you, and haven't seen a response from the mods yet.
