Hi.
i am trying to see if I could change my plan to one of only for new subscriber only plan.
I have been with PM for few years now, and wonder if it was possible to downgrade? in price, but upgrade for plan.
I am currently on $25 with 1GB, but I see there is $24 with 4GB.
Will this be possible for loyal customer?

If you are asking can you get one of plans for NEW customers only technically answer is NO.
But some customer reported if politely asking agent they will do it.
It does not hurt to try...

IF they do grant you the new plan...be aware that your free Bonus data might disappear. The wording states that Bonus data is active unless you change plans to a lower value plan.
