I paid my phone bill for January and it says the money is in my account, but the phone is still not working?

What do I do now?

hi @elsav reboot your phone first 

if not service,  use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm if account shows active or suspended 

if suspended but you see the money you paid still showing in Available Funds, then click Pay Now and Resume services for the system to use the Available funds to renew 

if that does not help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@elsav  Log into your account if money is sitting in available funds tap the pay now and resume button . And reboot the phone
