I forgot my self serve password. I clicked on forgot password and was supposed to get an email telling me how to fix it. I never got an email and I am now locked out of my account. What do I do now?

@Bluefox1  did you check your spam/junk folder?

 

Or, perhaps a My Account was never registered for? If not, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Do you know your security question and answer? You will need this info to do your password reset. If you don't then contact customer support and put "password reset" in the subject line. 

 

Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within the hour,

You can wait an hour and try again (your account will get unlocked by itself within that hour). This will be faster than contacting an agent anyway.
